Staggered messages in a room (1/1 & groups)

#### What would you like to do?
Be able, by changing a parameter, to toggle a staggered view of the messages when entering into a 1/1 or group room, like in WhatsApp

#### Why would you like to do it?
Some users have reported this behavoir as an esthetical reason to not use Matrix... (I know...)

#### How would you like to achieve it?
Adding a parameter in the general section of the parameters, and when this parameter is activated, the messages are shown in a staggered mode into the rooms. The Element fork [Schildichat ](https://schildi.chat/)has already implemented it.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

The only alternative is to use Schildichat. I think it would be interesting to have it also in the main Element application.
