implement a new section in the application - Contacts.

### Your use case

All other messengers have a Contacts section.

In this section, you can view and change the following data: rename a contact, delete from any chat / group / channel / space, add to some new group / channel / space.

Now, in Element and SchildiChat applications, everything is confusing and complicated. If you make the Contacts section, then it will be clear to everyone and it will be much easier for people who use other messengers.
