Opening an image inside an migrated room allows you to send messages again to that room temporarily

### Steps to reproduce

1. Join a migrated/replaced room such as `#gnome:matrix.org` (they migrated to `#gnome:gnome.org`)
2. Click on an image in the chat history and back out (but still in the room)
3. The chat textbox is now visible and can be used

If you try to reply to someone before clicking on the image, nothing seems to happen, but after clicking the image it'll show the reply thing and you can type your message and send it.

### What did you expect?

Still being prevented sending messages to the room.

### What happened?

The chat textbox appears and you can then send messages to the room, bypassing the "This room has been migrated/replaced and is no longer active. The conversation continues there"-message blocking the chat entry.
