Changing the dialpad

Users periodically have a question:- " How to choose an audio output during a call?".
I suggest changing the design of the call screen as follows.

1. Remove the additional menu button.
2. Arrange all the buttons in two rows (see the screenshot).
3. Select the audio output device using the pop-up menu by pressing the speaker button.
