Space expand/collapse button is too small

#### Describe the bug

The button to expand/collapse spaces in the side panel is a bit too small, causing me to often miss the button when I try to tap on it.

#### Expected behavior

The button should have a bit more padding, to make it easier to target. Making it the same size as the "…" context menu button next to it would be sufficient.
