Can't restore keys from Secure backup

After upgrading to version 1
1.16 the program began to crash every 10-15 minutes. I tapped "Sign Out" and the program asked for permission to make a backup, to which I agreed. After the message appeared that the backup was made, I tapped "Sign Out". In the phone settings, I cleared the cache and data of Element. Logged into my account again and entered the Security key to verify the session. My session was confirmed, but the keys from the backup were not restored. I tried to restore keys from the menu "Security & Privacy - Encrypted Messages Recovery - Restore From Backup" but got an error. I store all my passwords in Keepass so that my Security Key is 100% correct (I logged into this account several times before and restored the keys without problems).
What can I do to recover my keys if it is still possible?
