Move "add reaction" option from bottomsheet into frequent reaction row

The bottomsheet is already containing a lot of options. I think this one can be moved as a `+` button into the quick reaction row.

#### Describe the solution you'd like.
Move the option to the quick reaction row as a `+` button. This is also the place where you first look when adding a reaction. If you don't find the one you want to add in the presets you just need to press the `+` instead of looking for the option further down below.
