2x speed of voice messages

Some of my friends send very long voice messages.

#### Describe the solution you'd like.
A button that doubles the speed of the message. It can go through various steps, just like in whatsapp it goes from 1.5x to 2x and back to 1x.

#### Describe alternatives you've considered.
1. Play the messages in other app, when it comes from a bridge.
2. Be more patient.

#### Additional context
I noticed the length of one's messages depends on one's cultural background. On some cultures, people need to speak more to transmit the same idea where in other cultures people it's the opposite. By adding the 2x feature, Element would help bridging that cultural gap, allowing more natural communication between both sides.
