Auto-playing of received voice messages

#### Describe the solution you'd like.
I would like a toggle per-room to allow for automatic playback of voice messages, making voice messaging more akin to push-to-talk/walkie-talkies, but with the advantage of being able to replay a message if you're in the middle of something or need to replay it.

https://www.orionlabs.io/orion-push-talk-app/, but not open source, and of course not Matrix!

Would be great to have this on all platforms.
