Usability: Right message area does nothing for downloadable files

#### Describe the bug
When a file in the message history is not yet downloaded, it is displayed with a "down into tray"-like icon. In this state, when you touch somewhere right to the file name (boundary rectangle), the message’s background changes, but nothing actually happens, which causes frustration. This is also the case when long-pressing on that location.

#### To Reproduce
1. Go to a room
2. Receive an audio file message (don’t download it)
3. Press right to the audio file’s name

#### Expected behavior
Make the same happen that would happen if you (long-)pressed on the file name.
