Description
From Android Studio 4.1 we cannot do the old style of android studio custom templates and our template ElementFeature is broken. The new style of templates use IDEA plugins. Google has not released the api officially yet, they have this issue to track it. https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/154531807?pli=1
