Description
Hello. I have this issue: when i click "add sticker" the sticker list is empty. When i click the menu and then "edit". there are some stickers enabled, and the sticker picker is enabled.
I have Element 1.1.8 from F-Droid.
Solution provided by rxl881 doesn't work, since typing "/devtools" says there is no such command.
P.S. Desktop version works fine, same account.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'a room or a chat'
2. Click on 'add sticker'
4. See empty page

Stickers should show
