Transfer by dial pad: remove call button

In the transfer call dialog, under 'Dial Pad', looks like at the moment we have both a green 'call' button on on the dial pad and a 'Connect' button at the bottom, and the connect button doesn't seem to do anything? We should remove the call button and just use the connect button (or at least wire up the connect button to do the same if the dialpad isn't customisable).
