Description
#### Describe the bug
Direct message rooms that I've left on my desktop client, and removed from the historical group, still appear in the Android client along with their history. Clicking Leave on Android's end also doesn't remove the room even though it doesn't and hasn't appeared on my desktop client in weeks. Killing and relaunching Element on Android doesn't make it vanish. One attempt to leave the room on Android appeared to succeed in that it produced no error messages, but subsequent leaves tell me that the room is unknown. It still shows as having 2 users present, though the chat was with a puppet app service I've since deactivated.
#### To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open a direct message with someone and chat. Note that, in my case, the DM was on the desktop client. Not sure if it makes a difference.
2. Ensure that the DM appears in the Android client.
3. Leave the room from the other client.
4. For completeness, forget the room if applicable.
5. Note that the room is still present on Android, still shows chat history, still appears leavable, and doesn't disappear when left on Android.
#### Expected behavior
I'd expect my history to be synced, including rooms I've left. I'd also not expect conversation history for things I don't want kept around to be left on a potentially losable device. :)
