can repeatedly set up secure backup on this device, no feedback

#### Describe the bug
Menu -> Security & Privacy -> Secure Backup -> Set up on this device

There is no indication whether this is currently set up.

#### To Reproduce
I can click it, scan a QR code on my desktop, no change. This is repeatable.

#### Expected behavior
:heavy_check_mark: secure backup is set up
