Be able to minimise the call-establishment screen

While establishing a call, currently, you cannot minimise that screen, only when a call is connected does the small "minimise" button appear.

I'd like to "fire off" a call while browsing somewhere else, to let the other person respond to the ringing, or maybe get ready to answer, or hold another call.
