Profile picture does not update.

#### Describe the bug
Profile picture does not update when changed.

#### To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to User Settings -> General -> Profile Picture
Select new picture, and hit ok.

#### Expected behavior
The Profile picture to change.

#### Smartphone (please complete the following information):
- Device: Moto G7
- OS: Android 10 (LineageOS 17-1-21210228)

#### Additional context
- App version and store [1.1.3, F-Droid]
- Homeserver: [Selfhosted with self signed SSL certificate]
