#### Describe the bug
When sending a reaction, the reaction counter jumps to 2 when the sync echo comes back.
#### To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. React to message
2. See "1" from local echo
3. See "2" from sync echo

- Device: oppo a52
- OS: Android 10, ColorOS 7.1

- App version and store: 1.1.3 - play store
