Audio call switches from internal loudspeaker to normal phone mode when I disconnect an external loudspeaker

#### Describe the bug
I was in a phone call with a friend and I had the internal loudspeakers active, but there also was also a bluetooth loudspeaker connected. When that external device turned off, Element switched from the internal(!) loudspeaker to normal phone mode.

#### To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Have a call
2. Connect a bluetooth loudspeakers
3. Activate internal(!) loudspeakers
3. Turn bluetooth loudspeaker off
4. See misbehavior

#### Expected behavior
Internal loudspeaker usage should not be affected by disconnecting external loudspeakers.
