Description
#### Describe the bug
When re-opening Element sometimes from the recent-apps menu, it displays an entirely white screen, closing the app in this state will cause it to re-do the initial import, it normally lasts anywhere from 5 seconds to a full minute before the app continues like nothing happened.

- Device: Oppo a52
- OS: Android 10, ColorOS 7.1

- App version and store: Play Store, 1.1.3
- Homeserver: `jboi.nl`, Synapse 1.31.0rc1
