#### Describe the bug
Pretty often in an encrypted chat my messages get stuck and are never sent. It's impossible to delete these stuck messages, and only relogin clears them.
#### To Reproduce
Unfortunately, this behaviour isn't reproducible, since messages get stuck randomly.
#### Expected behavior
Messages shouldn't get stuck, but if they do, it should be possible to delete them.

- App version and store: 1.1.0 - F-Droid

I noticed the same issue on Element-desktop (1.7.22,Gentoo/Linux x86_64), but this one isn't critical since it's possible to delete stuck messages on desktop.
