Crash when sharing image from Google Photos in a work profile to Element in a personal profile

#### Describe the bug
I have a work profile installed on my phone with google photos, and I cannot share photos to element in my personal (normal) profile because the app crashes.

#### To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Select an image in google photos
2. Try to share it, select "personal profile"
3. Select Element
4. See "Element keeps stopping" message

#### Expected behavior
I'm able to share the image as normal.

- Device: Pixel 2
- OS: Android 11 (RP1A.201005.004.A1)

#### Additional context
- App version and store: 1.1.0 - Google Play Store
- Homeserver: matrix.org

I've also noticed that I have issues sharing *videos* but not photos to Telegram from my work profile, and all sharing to File Explorer is broken from work profile. Interestingly enough, Google Photos (work) to Google Photos (personal) has 0 issue with this, but it causes me to now have work photos on my personal google photos account in order to share to "personal" apps.

A "workaround" I suppose is to put Element on a work profile as well, but I don't have a lot of storage space (literally 200MB free).

I can share crash logs if needed, but I'm not sure how to access the crash logs myself.
