Element vanishes from recent, even though locked

**Describe the bug**
I have have Element locked in recent, which means it should stay in the recently used apps list forever , and it can't be removed manually. However, lately Element dissapears from recent after a while anyway (but no other app does).

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open Element
2. Lock it in recent
3. Leave it for a day or so (not exactly sure what triggers it)

**Expected behavior**
Element should still be in the recently used apps list

**Smartphone (please complete the following information):**
- Device: Oneplus 8T
- OS: Android 11

**Additional context**
- App version and store: 1.1.0 - Play Store
