Element AOS10+ can't establish audio/video calls

### Description

Element Android apps with AOS 10+ can't establish audio and video calls,
where with the same build, AOS 5 devices can.

3 different AOS10 tried to establish a call (seperatly of course ) .

One can connect an audio call, but no sound is transmitted.
2 can't even connect a audio call entirly. At least one is a confirmed 1.0.17 FDROID build.

Several testcalls from an Element Android AOS 5 ( 1.0.17 FDROID ) device worked flawless,
the same AOS 5 can also establish a call to desktop sessions.

### Steps to reproduce

Use a AOS 10 to call your Schildichat or Element Web App.

Describe how what happens differs from what you expected.

The progress bar is presented, but never finishes. Some have reported, they saw a m.call.negotiation error, but can't tell more, as they don't have android debug tools at hand.
