Description
Add ability to remove recent messages to ease moderators life when only mobile is accessible
=> Suggest that it can only be a slash command for now so that we are not blocked by design.
/redactRecent user-id [count]
Notice that the command should be able to do some back pagination to load more messages from this user if needed
