Element does not appear in "App power management"

**Describe the bug**
Element for Android does not appear in "Apps that wont' be put to sleep" section in "App Power management" of Samsung's One UI.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Start the Settings app and tap “Device care.” Then tap “Battery.” On the Battery page, tap "App power management."
2. Click on 'Apps that won't be put to sleep' and then "Add apps"
3. Try to find the Element app there
4. Not find Element there

**Expected behavior**

The Element app is in the list of apps that won't be put to sleep.

**Smartphone:**
- Device: Samsung Galaxy M21
- OS: Android 10, One UI Core version 2.5

**Additional context**
- App version and store 1.0.14 - F-Droid
- Homeserver: matrix.org

It may be because some Samsung specific API - I don't know.
