Notification of voice/video call not dismissed.

**Describe the bug**
On the receiving end of a voice/video webRTC call. After accepting the call the notification is still on screen. Never dismissed.

**To Reproduce**
Make a one-to-one(Not Jitsi) video or audio call to another party.

**Expected behavior**
Pop-up notification will appear on the receiving end. Click ACCEPT. Call connected. But the on screen pop-up is still prompting to accept or decline the call. This is annoying especially for video call.

Reproduce a one-to-one non-Jitsi voice or video call on Android using the reported accept flow, then trace the receiving-side notification lifecycle after ACCEPT. Done means the call connects and the on-screen prompt is dismissed rather than continuing to show accept or decline actions.
