be a valid target for WhatsApps Chat export

This is no problem, but a feature request.
I just saw the announcement of Telegram (https://telegram.org/blog/move-history) that they can now import complete old Group and Private Chats from WhatsApp. I tried it both to Telegram then got bold and tried it with Element to just get an error. Then I tried it with Threema and that just worked.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
When one uses the "chat export" option in WhatsApp you get presented with the usual "share to where?" Popup and can select a target. I would love to have Element as a valid target.
Currently if you try, you get an error saying something along "unable to process data" (original line I get "zu teilende Daten nicht verarbeitbar", sorry its german).

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
none.

**Additional context**
I was hoping you can get that done as well, as it would help people get away from WhatsApp if they so choose to and keep their chat histories.
Way easier to convince people to come to matrix when they can move their stuff with them.
