Reorder buttons in input field + remove attachment-button when text is entered

Keeping  on the left side of the input field doesn't make much sense when text is entered.
The input field could be much wider when we switch  with / and remove  when text is entered.
Other messengers do it this way as well.

Why does the red shield indicator appear twice on the same screen? Once it can be seen in the profile picture and then again in the input field? I'd suggest to remove it from the input field.
