Description

**Describe the bug**

On web, when you are using a self-hosted instance of dimension as integration manager and you are opening the sticker picker for the first time, you are presented with the following dialog:

![element_bug_report0](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/6317548/103161969-3c07de00-47ea-11eb-9f0e-08332a4cff6e.png)

However, this dialog is missing on Element for Android (as far as I understand the issue), resulting in an authorization error:

![element_bug_report2](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/6317548/103162102-e9c7bc80-47eb-11eb-9edb-c7d6f127e707.jpeg)

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Configure a self-hosted dimension instance as integrations manager
2. try to open the sticker picker

**Expected behavior**
Element should behave analogous to Element web

**Smartphone (please complete the following information):**
- Device: Oneplus 7 Pro
- OS: Android 10

**Additional context**
- App version and store: 1.0.13 (Playstore)
- Homeserver: matrix.private-cloud.network
- I can add see and edit available widgets and sticker packs via the "Add Matrix apps" button in any room, but I can't add a widget because I "do not appear to have permission to modify widgets in this room" (might be the same authorization issue as above?)
