Incoming calls do not vibrate

**Describe the bug**

My phone is set to vibrate. When I receive an incoming call, Element displays the answer/reject screen, but remains silent and does not vibrate as I would expect it to, causing me to miss the call.

**To Reproduce**

1. Set your phone to vibrate
2. Receive any audio or video call

**Smartphone (please complete the following information):**
- Device: Google Pixel 3a
- OS: LineageOS 17.1

**Additional context**
- App version and store: 1.0.11 (F-Droid)
