Description
**Describe the bug**
Call fails to reconnect when switching network.
**To Reproduce**
1. Place a call on Element Android, and accept it from other Element Android
2. On one device, switch from Wi-Fi to LTE (or vice versa)
3. It says "Call connecting", but nothing happens
4. Has to end call, and place a new call
