"Verify" button in DM room settings

It is hard to find the Verify button in DMs.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
If there are only 2 users in the room, add a Verify button to the Security section of the above screenshot.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
When there are only 2 participants:
- Merging the room profile and user profile screens in DMs (putting the user profile buttons on the room settings screen).
- Opening the user profile by clicking room avatar/title at top of the conversation should open user profile instead of room settings, and have a Room Settings button there.
