Message timestamps are off by one hour

**Describe the bug**
Sometime in the last week message timestamps began to be off by one hour in Element Android for me. Previously they were right.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Look at a message timestamp in any room;
2. Look at the system clock;
3. System clock is correct, message timestamp is one hour ahead

**Expected behavior**
I expect the message timestamps to be displayed correctly in the system's timezone.

**Screenshots**
I had just sent those messages. System clock shows 18:30, Element shows 19:29.
