clear logs from message window

**Describe the bug**
When making a voice/ video call, call logs remain cluttering up the message window - see pic:
I know when I've made a call... This is just (loud) noise.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Make a audio or video call
2. See resulting logs in message window

**Expected behavior**
Messages in message window and not logs

- Device: LG G4

- App version and store v1.0.9 PlayStore
- Homeserver: matrix.org

This sort of stuff is really off-putting to people like my 80 year old Mum who I'd love to feel comfortable using Element
