Add Animations

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
It's not exactly a problem, but I would like to see animations in Element (Android/iOS app) or even in Element-Web or the desktop version.
Animations are not absolutely necessary, but it is definitely a positive thing if the user interface would be nice and "soft".

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like animations in the Android app to be similar to those in the Telegram app.
This way, processes are not played back in such a choppy way.
As an example an animation would be nice when sending a message.
It just seems a bit strange without such animations.
Animations, when sending a message, would also be worth seeing in the web/desktop version.
