Passphrase problem

**Describe the bug**
With a new device installed it wants the passphrase to set up all secure connections again (instead of verifying with 2 devices). But passphrase is not recognised (stored in Keepass, so that is strange). Reset the backup and want to save the secure backup again it gives after using passphrase "cannot save backup"
