VP9 content doesn't show

**Describe the bug**
A VP9 encoded video was sent to me, which shows in element-web just fine, but gives a black screen on elemandroid, showing "can't play this video."

**To Reproduce**
1. Sent VP9 encoded video (in mp4 format in this case)
2. Try to play the video in elemandroid

**Expected behavior**
The video plays
