Image uploaded with thumbnail from wrong image

I don't have much information to give on this bug because it happened a week ago, and I only noticed it today when scrolling through older messages in a different client.

I uploaded an image through RiotX and it seems that the thumbnail in the resulting event comes from a completely different image from my phone's image gallery. (The image linked to by `url` vs. the `thumbnail_url` in the event).
