Empty Room showing up from bridges

### Description
1. Not sure if this is due to my own issue, but after I setup dendrite with [ansible-playbook](https://github.com/spantaleev/matrix-docker-ansible-deploy), I'm getting "Empty Room" from my bridges (whatsapp, imessage) and it doesnt auto accept rooms. Can anyone point me to the right places to get this resolved?

2. Also for some reasons the displayed names aren't passing thru correctly and got the raw user_id names. Is it a dendrite issue, or issues w/ bridge configs?
