Description

We intend to use the [Compound Web VisualList component](https://compound.element.io/?path=/docs/compound-web_visuallist-visuallist--docs) on mobile for Element Call. Slight platform-dependent tweaks to the styles would help make the lists look more native:

- On iOS, the list should have a corner radius of 26px, a 2px gap between items, and items should have enough padding to make them each 4px taller.
- No changes necessary for Android.

Research direction

Start with the Compound Web VisualList component documentation linked in the issue, then compare its current mobile appearance with the linked iOS designs. Implement the iOS-only 26px corner radius, 2px item gap, and 4px taller items while leaving Android unchanged; done means the list matches those requirements on iOS.
