Description
There is no clear process to understand:
- when figma designs are ready to be implemented
- when figma designs are implemented
- when figma designs have changed since they were implemented in code
- what changes might have been made to a component's design
AC:
- create an issue template for updating an existing component
- before/after screenshots
- github labels
- make a playbook for changing design on components already in production
