On changing the laguage ,the changes language is only showcased on the navbar .

Description
On changing the language from english to any diff language,the changed language is only visible on the navbar and not in the whole website.The motto of the language change is to make the website readable for different users .
I would like to work upon this issue and solve it and make the language change visible to all the pages not just the navbar .
