Description
According to the [governance repo](https://github.com/electron/governance) there are several working groups, each of which should be keeping meeting minutes, some never kept any minutes, and the rest have all stopped keeping minutes 1, 2, even 3 years ago. Perhaps the page could be updated to clarify what the current expectations are?
