Feature request: Add comment to queries coming from Electric

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When looking through slow query logs in Postgres, it'd be nice to easily find the Electric queries.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add a comment at the top that clearly says it's from ElectricSQL Sync Service + other metadata about the shape.
