Description
Currently, the helm-hotpatcher does not handle merging lists together, instead the target list simply gets replaced with what you are trying to patch, see example here: https://github.com/elastisys/welkin-apps/pull/517#issuecomment-4555087513
We should have the option to also merge lists, either by default or through some config flag or similar.
