Description
Some users are unable to download zip files, however they are able to download tar.gz files. We release the source files as both `zip` and `tar.gz` files already.
Could we please build and [release](https://github.com/elastic/support-diagnostics/releases) a `tar.gz` file in addition to the `zip` files?
