Incorrect collapse/expand inline help docs

In the "Help panel" under "Keyboard tips" the collapse/expand function tells to add a `shift` to the `ctrl/cmd + Option + 0` to expand the complete scope. Instead, the function is triggered by `Option + shift + 0` (without the ctrl/cmd and where Option equals alt on a Windows 10 machine).

Open the Help panel and inspect the Keyboard tips entry for the collapse/expand function. Compare its documented shortcut with the behavior described in the issue, including the Windows mapping where Option is Alt. Done means the inline help shows Option + Shift + 0 without Ctrl/Cmd.
