Add "- Fewer" option to Facets

When using the Facets with many options, there is the "+ More" button to click to see more options. This is great!

The problem becomes when you keep clicking "+ More" and and now you just see a ton of options, with no way to reduce the number of options.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I propose adding a "- Fewer" button to the right of the "+ More" button.

Start by locating the Facets component and the existing "+ More" control. Add a nearby "- Fewer" control that reduces the displayed options after expansion, and verify that repeated use of both controls produces the expected number of visible facet options.
