Elastic Cloud Hosted expands to Azure Sweden Central

**What the feature is and who it's for**
We will be adding Azure Sweden Central (`swedencentral`) as a new Elastic Cloud Hosted region, enabling customers in the Nordic and broader European market to deploy ECH clusters closer to their users and data.

**Value proposition**
With Elastic Cloud Hosted now available in Sweden Central, customers can deploy closer to their users and data — reducing latency, meeting data residency and compliance requirements, and simplifying multicloud operations. Whether you are building analytics pipelines, real-time search experiences, or observability workflows, expanded regional availability helps you align deployments with user geography and jurisdictional needs.

**Expected outcome / behaviors**
We will launch the following ECH region:
- Azure Sweden Central (`swedencentral`)
